We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from Outdoor Structures UK. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

• The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging
• All parts, fixings, and manuals must be included
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with missing parts, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange:

• Replacement parts
• A full replacement
• Or a refund, depending on the situation

We may request photos to help speed up the process.

If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a free collection or replacement as quickly as possible.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Products that have been partially or fully assembled
• Items damaged due to incorrect assembly or misuse
• Custom or made‑to‑order products

• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos (if damaged or faulty)
